I’m a qualified Osteopath, experienced Clinical Pilates Instructor and a passionate advocate for women’s health. I’m dedicated to helping you restore your strength after childbirth and supporting you on your fitness journey — every step of the way. I have created approachable, clinically proven programs to suit women of any age and at whatever stage of life they’re in.
I was in your shoes! In 2017, after the birth of my third gorgeous child, I suffered from a uterine prolapse. Why did this happen? Firstly, I received no support from the hospital, no core or pelvic floor rehabilitation program — just a pamphlet with very little guidance.
That’s when I realised that I could help others. I saw a gap in the market for this type of rehabilitation and developed my own core and pelvic floor exercise program that can be used by anyone — not just postpartum women.
I’ve always loved health and fitness and osteopathy is my obsession. I fell in love with osteopathy because it combined the treatment of muscles and bones with rehabilitating exercises. Seeing others thrive after completing my programs is what drives me every day.
During my time as a Clinical Pilates Instructor, I have experienced overwhelmingly positive results in myself and others. From fitness training and kegels to pelvic floor and postnatal rehabilitation — there’s something for everyone.
